Key Specifications & Features
- Dimensions & Fittings: Features a standard 22-inch (56 cm) length, utilizing standard low-pressure fittings (3/8″ UNF Male to connect to the first stage and 9/16″ Female for the second stage).
- Material: Built from heavy-duty, durable black rubber. Unlike braided flex hoses, standard rubber provides the robust weight and rigidity required to route cleanly around a diver’s neck without floating up or causing excessive drag.
- Quality Control: Halcyon individually inspects and bubble-checks every hose at their facility in Florida to eliminate risk of manufacturing leaks or brass crimping failures.
- Versatility: While primary to single-tank recreational setups, it is widely utilized across doubles, sidemount configurations, and rebreather bailout valves (BOV).
